Hey peoples. My current web hosting provider for my blog really let me down yesterday as I bought 2 years hosting of them for alot of money that I saved for months and then they just shut of. I don't know what happened my website has just gone down.

I need to buy a new hosting, here are some of the main stuff I need.

    • 10-15 GB disk space
    • 15-20 GB Bandwidth/mo
    • Good uptime
    • I am willing to pay for 3 months/6 months/12 months at a time. No less than that. I also want very cheap prices as I'm low on money, got ripped of already. Oh well.
Please post your offers in my inbox, thanks. Even if your prices are high and you are willing to knock them down a little for me then please PM me.

The hosting must not be oversold and be very fast as my other hosting provider oversold to the extreme.

Seller must have 10+ iTrader and atleast 200 posts so I can have a bit more trust ;)

do you really need 10gb of space? not many sites even come close to using 1gb. you should expect to pay around $1-$2 per GB of space to keep it reliable.

Agree with njoker555. As a host i do tend to see only 1-2GB of space used up. I think bandwidth would be more important. Though, if you want offshore hosting solutions then contact me via p/m or msn/email:

    Thanks,

    Ultralite.

What is your set budget? For a shared plan that offers 10-15GB of disk space it can be quite costly if you are looking for a reliable host that doesn't oversell.

Best thing you can do is check the search engines for info on feedback from customers.

let me know if you have any questions - you are also free to submit a ticket through our site :)

always remember that the best deal usually won't be the cheapest deal :) Most people usually confuse those two, doesn't matter who you go with, just making sure it's a reliable company would do more positives for you than any other type of host

I couldn't edit my post people but I no longer want 10-15GB of space after all that time as lots of people have been telling me I won't be needing it. I also checked how much space I've currently used and it's only about 250mb so I'd say about 5GB space.

I've been recieving lots of good offers in my inbox so just to let you know I'm not ignoring them ;) I've kept all the messages and will be choosing the best one from them maybe tommorow or day after. :D

At the moment I'm checking out WbT Hosting and JIXHost. Both seem pretty good but JIX seems to be the cheaper one... HMM.

Have you decided to go with VPS, haven't you? I suppose that it is better to have VPS for the requriments like yours

If you are really worried of host shutting down your site due to high CPU Usage, you should look at VPS.in VPS you are guaranteed a set of resources and it is ideal for high traffic websites. however a fully managed vps with Cpanel from a reputed provider would cost around $50 a month.

If you want to go cheap, then you can get a Unmanaged VPS for like 10-15bucks a month, but mind you since its Unmanaged there would be no support. provider would just ensure that the VPS is up and running. thats why its cheap. so if you can managed everthing on your own, go with a cheap Unmanaged VPS. else increase your budget to a respectable level.

I would be able to help you further if you want give some more information like
What the traffic your site gets? what kind of site you have static html pages or dynamic like a forum, blog?
