How Much Can i Expect For CB Site Making $150 a month?

I want to sell a site making around 5 - 6 sales a month. That is a little more than $150 a month. There are no refunds.

What is the right value of such a website?

Assume 60% traffic to be from Google and Rest from EZA + Other Referring Sites

It is just a 4 Page Review Site. The age of domain is 4 - 5 months.

I think it ranges anywhere from 10-24 months income depending on what type of site it is.

 

Depends on how old it is as well. If it's a younger site, than 5-10 months income might be its worth

 

You could probably get an immediate bid for 6x monthly on Sitepoint.com, and possibly more depending on the niche, age, page rank, etc.

atfmedia, the site doesn't have any page rank and its still new (only around 5 - 6 months old) And the niche is the king swerd's stuff.

I usually sell mine at 1 year revenue, so I would try to get $1500-1800. If the niche is on the decline, I would probably take whatever I could get.

 

Some guy 6 months ago said he want to pay us 6x monthly revenue to buy our site and product, after serious consideration we don't agree. If we agree then, we have a top competitor in this market.

How long has it been making $150 a month?

 

It is a 6 month old site and making money for the last 3 months or less than that.
But it is converting. It is backed by several EZA's too. I didn't make this thread to sell the site here. I wanted to know how the CB sites are valued. I know this is not the BST forum.
When i sell, I will provide the complete details there and i'm sure the buyer will love this. My reason for selling is that my computer is broken and i need a nice new one.

 

How can we value the site if you are not telling us all the details? It made $150 one month, that's all we know. Based on that, its not worth much at all. The new owner wants to be confident it will continue making money.

 

WOW lots of these guy are down on CB.

I just started using CB in the past month and have 40 sales and made 700 bucks...

And yes it is a new domain and new site setup.

You just have to know how to make it happen.

I have not spent a dime on anything other then a domain.

I just posted some quick information about my site here - that it is 5 - 6 months old and has makes $150 per month.

The information here is not completely "detailed" and fully accurate.

And mostly, the new owner is not fully confident (unless he is very good at seo) and this is the reason such sites sell for not more than 12x.

Id suggest sell it here on DP. There's a lot of hungry sellers who would jump right in on that. If i had the budget, id think about buying your domain too.

 

If it's been constantly making $150 for the past 5 - 6 months consider a price ten times the monthly revenue. However you can get a bit less than that..

Somewhere around $1000 - $1200..
