    My Blogspot Address is: videobloggingtips.blogspot.com
    My Custom Address is: videobloggingtips.com
The address I want is: something else. lol

Is there any way I can forward videobloggingtips.blogspot.com to \
videobloggingtips.com and then videobloggingtips.com to something else?

    Yes this can be done.
    It using double redirect.
    Which work this way
When people enter videobloggingtips.blogspot.com,it will redirect to videobloggingtips.com,when people enter videobloggingtips.com,it will redirect to videobloggingtips.com.
You need to create a CNAME record for your domain with the DNS, associating your domain with ghs.google.com.
Once you've told one particular DNS server about your new domain, it will have to transfer that information to all the other servers on the internet, which could take a couple of days. So be aware that your new domain won't necessarily be working instantly.
