Does my Site's ad placement Violate adsense TOS.

    I did a bit of ad placement change to my site layout. Can you people have a look at it and tell if does it violate any adsense TOS>

    No your site is ok, your not breaking the google TOS, actually very good ad placements you should see an increase in your CTR now.
