    Hi,

Anyone using them? Since they don't offer sales email support and phone support is closed now...

    1. Do you have transfer domain to Yahoo in order to use their solutions? As so far, it seems so.

    2. As for transaction fees, there is 1.5% fee for every transaction. Does $ come to some sort of Yahoo account (from orders) whcih you can cashout later or it comes directly to your account, PayPal for instance which would add additional 3.5% fee.

I absolutely recommend to stay away from them. Their cost is too high, considering that it doesn't even include processing fees which you would incur from a merchant account provider, or paypal, or whoever else you process with.

You would be far better off using a flat-fee priced solution like volusion, or using an open source cart with a good host.

Definitely take your time to research what's available. I would be extremely hesitant with any percentage based setup unless processing fees are included. Also stay away from Amazon stores (http://www.ecommerce-blog.org/archives/amazon-has-become-the-walmart-of-the-internet/).
