    It is not necessary that if 2000 viewer view your site then your site page rank is grow up it is depend upon time duration if your site will old then your site rank will up.

    Pageviews does not mean that your site should get certain PR value. Concentrate on quality contents and relevant backlinks from sites with PR value in it.

    It's true, quality backlink from higher PR website will help to raise your PR. Try also to submit your website to social bookmarking, it's work for my blog. Good luck mate
