I got my second IP the same day I sent the ticket, thought he may ask you for the reason of asking...
This expresses how I feel: WE NEVER DELETE tickets without RESOLVING them! In fact, we only close tickets, not delete. But only if the issue is resolved. We reply usually in 1-2 hours so it shouldn't take that long to get an IP - I think you just came out from a bar and feel extremely drunk. Because you are just posting false information here. People that do this just tick me off.... I'm sure other hosts do agree with me, well, if they ever been accused. Every big hosting company will get accused by idiotic people here and there though. The Earth is not filled with good people, unfortunately. Anyways, just open one again... it will be hard to deal with you as a customer as you already have accused us and posted false information over in our sales thread. But I guess we can work out despite of the accusing problems you have. As others said, it only takes a few hours to get your 2nd IP! Yes, it is still available. Thank you, ~ Adam
Your not big host Adam, and you really need to watch on how you speak towards your clients... You just accused him of being drunk when he sent the ticket, posting false information and called him an idiot... It's a word against word, except the client didn't get personal like you do... I can remember where clearly that your website was down for several hours, only giving a cPanel message.... Maybe due a move? Or something happen and you had to recover your website? I don't know, your website was down, and it is very possible that the tickets was lost due this.
My Sites are down again. It seems vps2 (Washington VPS Node) is creating lots of issues. It was down for several hours few days back. Also sites are very slow on this node. Please take care of it. I can see the server status on hostlatch.net/members/serverstatus.php
maybe i my vps and reseller located in washington too, because it's DOWN! and my previous ticket, i can't find them, yes you're delete my previous ticket, not close it. fix it please buddy, or i'll lost my customers!
I've canceled my account/VPS with you. I don't do business with people who talk to clients like this. Not to mention, my VPS has been down twice within the 4 days that I've had it. Sorry man, but I really am starting to think that your 16 years old. Your paragraph about how you've been hosting for "friends and family" for over 1-2 years probably isn't even true.
I think that everyone should be given a refund. He states that his servers have a gaurenteed 99% uptime. everyone is allowed to either, take you to court or have a refund.

I could not agree more with both of you! I'm still trying to figure out by how much he is overselling. Let's be conservative and say: $6 VPS = 1 GB RAM each 8 GB RAM per host node That's 8 VPS's per machine, and that's with the host node maxed out. The host node still needs RAM for the Host OS. OpenVZ VPS's rely on the host Kernel significantly, that's how OpenVZ works. So in essence, he's making about $48, without an overselling condition. The cheapest 8 GB RAM server on the market that I'm able to find is from Limestone Networks. I'd know, because I have a server with them. Although the $125 server from LSN comes with only 2,000 GB bandwidth, but yet, he's selling "unmetered" bandwidth. The cost for an unmetered 10mbps connection from LSN is $125 per month, or 100mbps is $1799 per month. (We're talking real dedicated datacenter connections here) Overall, without overselling: His revenue is $48 per server. His assumed cost is $125 per server. His net profit is $-77. Bottom line: He's loosing money, and fast. He will never be able to break-even at this rate. I don't see how this host could last more than 2 months...unless they like to lose money. Not to mention: What happens to your VPS when his bandwidth runs out?
HyperVM wont let me do anything. It's running so Slow. I left a Rebuild over 8 hours to Rebuild my VPS and it's still not done!. There is something seriously wrong here.
There will always be people that go for the low price hosting, everythings good for a few months... the server fills up and everyone realises what a bad idea it was.
