Best tools for Traffic Estimator

    Dear All,

    I would like to know about any tool from which I can get best traffic estimation about any site traffic. Like I would like to check which sites have daily traffic more than 4K so which tool can provide me best details? Any idea?

    In fact, you can't monitor on traffic for other sites if you can't verify ownership of the site.

    Update: Sites which have traffic more than 400 K not 4K:D
