You've only changed the headers of each box. The PSD is just a quickly made template to show you wants it should contain and where it should be positioned. The contents need to be styled too.
Wow, I'm impressed! They should be made up of two bars though, the right one is the main sidebar and the left only displayed on the front page. The sizes are displayed in the PSD, 190px for the left, 180px for the right
Better, as before I really love the design. The subtle gradients are really make it look great. The colors of the left bar could be better, could you get the style to match the next one? Also the header text is different sizes, but i'm just being picky. I love the simplicity of the design, could you modify the login box to match the rest?
To increase your chance of winning, use subtle gradients rather than really strong ones. The two entries above are good examples of how you should do it.
Thats actually the opposite of what I was suggesting. I wanted the right bars style copied to the left.

Nice work as usual. I like how you've shown the hover colors. The headers color in the second don't match though.
