For me, price came secondary to features and overall appearance. You don't want to spend hundred of hours and thousands of dollars on SEO, promoting a cheap and second-rate website. And if you ever want to get found in google for any important keywords, you will need to spend this kind of time/money on SEO. So I guess you need to decide how serious you are with all of this.
