Hi, I have created a blog using wordpress on the Photoshop-IM niche. I want to get more visitors to sign up for the VIP membership. Any ideas, or tips?

Anyway the best option is to lure people with little freebies in the free section. Then promise them lots and lots of goodies in the vip zone (If you promise you must deliver else do not make promise).
Make sure what you're offering is something that intrigues them and moves them to sign up. Be descriptive and give them an incentive.
Another thing, giving out freebies is one of the most effective techniques in getting your audience' attention. Good idea!
It's simple you have to get more targeted traffic. Let's say that you convert @ 1:20... That means that you'll get 5 new members for every 100 visitors... Make a good conmverting page and get traffic to it. Then all you have to do is upscale!
