my earnings reached 100$ for the first time..but in the adsense page ,there is no sign showing ,i have reached the threshold..is it like that or something else?

The cheque is not paid on the same month rather on the following month. You can see your month's earnings in your 'payment history' page.
Did u receive your pin code via post? if you have completed that step then checkout other things like Tax Information because some times due to these things payment get holds

When you cross the $ 100 line a rainbow will form at 45 degrees south of Uranus and Saturn. You must then call Google and tell them you see the rainbow, they'll send you the check. When you call you must YELL "I see the rainbow! Oh lord Google I see the rainbow!". That'll do it.
There is no withdrawing. If you're account is above $100 then they send you that amount the next month. Its automatic.

If you have crossed $100 this month than you have to wait for 40+ days after this month to receive adsense check .
Don't panic, you will receive your money, it can take a while to update before it appears as you having being paid. Remember that you don't get paid until 15 days after the end of the month, so there may be a delay between you reaching the threshold and getting your hands on your money.
