WordPress theme from finished HTML/CSS templete needed.

    Hello I have a html/css coded template that needs to be converted to a wordpress theme. The code is commented to give a clear picture where specific blocks go. Also each post will have an associated image, so the image needs to be pulled and resized and put on the page also.

    Please PM with a bid, or hourly rate and estimate. Previous WP theme experience necessary.
