Hostgator Down?

None of my sites are responding and hostgator.com has taken a dive. Anyone else experiencing this?

Maybe they shut down your sites or maybe its just one server.

 

i have my site at one.com and sometimes down because of too much traffic (3-4 times in a month which i NOTICED) so it can be something temporary!

 

Hostgator went down for about 20 minutes last night.

Yes. Even hostgator.com homepage is down. And all of my websites hosted on their servers.

btw, hostgator doesn't have one server, and besides, i dont recommend hostgator

 

Looks like there was a BGP routing problem at The Planet. I'm told it lasted around 40 minutes.

 

Depends upon the mentality of thinking

Hostgator is one of the topest hostings.

 

Everything loads fine for me.

 

There was an issue with Customer Access Routers (CARs) at theplanet and hence Hostgator servers were inaccessible.

can anybody recomend hostgator over another? I have heard wiredtree to be reallly good

 

hostgator, mediatemple, downtownhost, liquidweb all great hosts.
