Dear DPs, I have applied 4 times for Google Adsense Account, but every time Google has rejected my application with no reason. Is Google have stop to receive any new application?
No reason !! Which site u r using for approval ? Do u have any banned account on your contact data ?? Use everything new including URL, Name, Contact info etc etc.

Is your site/blog 6 month old? What type of site that you actually submit to adsense? Is your site/blog related to gambling/warez sites? Maybe that three questions will awake you
yes , same with me.. rejected 4-5 times and reason same - "content not appropriate" infact i have the finest blogs in every niche.
Google Adsense rejects only when the URL applied for Adsense doesnot match their terms of service that you agree during their sign up. In most of the cases the main reason for rejecting the account is the age factor of the URL provided. The age of the URL provided while applying for adsense account should be atleast 6 months oe old. If you doesnot fullfill this basic criteria, you can't get adsense account. Even only satisfying this age criteria doesnot gaurantee that your acount will be approve. There are many more factors that you have to take care of while applying for new adsense account. google will not reject you with "no reason". obviously there must be something going on or something that happened previously that u are not disclosing. google has a very powerful algorithmic system that checks and rechecks to make sure you are not cheating the system. most likely you violated their tos in the past and as such they cannot trust you to do business with u. u already mentioned that your site is not warez based or gambling either. so the only thing that comes to mind is perhaps your previous activities?? your best shot will be to find alternative advertising revenue. take a look at www.clicksor.com. they pay pretty good and they have lots of quality engaging ads. you may not need adsense after all. good luck.
Maybe you have any banned records / history at Google...you can try to register with another names, you can use your wife/husband name, your brothers name or your trusted friends names. It works for some case. Good luck..!!
You shall first go through the details of adsense TOS. It might be happen if you are involved in copy right issue or your traffic source is not accepted by adsense. It can be many posibility without see your website

you can always apply for it again..just make sure you have quality website and not those MFA.. good luck
Add a privacy policy, make sure the site is at least 6 months old, make sure you have quality content. Make a checklist and fix everything that could be wrong. Wait 3 months, try again. Do not keep trying every day, that'll get your email/address/profile permanently banned.
Try using blogger to apply adsense and youll be approved in no time. This is what others told me to do. below the layout page, where you can see the monetize youre blog, click it. and youll have a publishers id.
