Too bad they only now decided to get him...

What kind of punishment should that monster get in your opinion?

I don't really give a shit what punishment he receives, I am just happy he is not allowed to enjoy the rights and privileges of being an American.

Didn't this happen last month? Maybe I'm wrong.

The guy is disabled/old, I don't see him being jailed due to his condition. Maybe a house arrest.

    Peace,

"I was following orders" is not a defense for war crimes.

thanks brown. I am glad that there are laws that he can be prosecuted under. just following orders should not be a valid defence. i agree 100% no one should follw orders to commit such crime. or any crime. are these german laws? why is he not prosecuted here in US or sent to Israel?

Excuse me?? no one should have any mercy on Nazis even if he is already at an old age and doesn't have much to live! he executed 29,000 Jews at his time... he deserves to sit on the electric chair.

Please not to Israel, they freed him in the past claiming there are not enough witnesses from what he did...
Israel won't do anything to let him really suffer, unlike USA where the law is more strict and in the prison the prisoners get what they deserve... whoever gives him the best punishment wins imo.

it is not about feeling. feelings change. it is about law. it is about fair treatment. it is about being human and acting as one. specially to the people that we do not like.

For those 29,000 he killed it is about feeling. If they would somehow come back to life they would kill him in an unhuman way too without the law being in their way...

and a fair treatment to a monster like that? I dont think so.

An eye for an eye. thats what I believe in... because in the end its not us that suffer but those who have experienced the holocaust back then... they have the right to choose his fate like they did to them...

i understand if the jewish people want him to be killed for revenge. but as you said israel released him[i am not sure if it is true or why] they should have killed him if they wanted revenge. they can ask for him and kill him now if they want to and one can argue that they have the right. i do not think they will. if you are not jewish then it sounds like you [germans americans and others that could have helped but did nothing] want to ease your collective feeling of guit for the fact that your parents let holocaust go on and did nothing to stop it. that is the luxury that you can not have. to me it is about learning so history won't repeat itself.

It takes a really special person to defend a Nazi. Hmm, I wonder what attracts you to him.

I am not defending him , I don't care , I am just exposing the double standards and hypocrisy

In a way, it is very good, an example is being set, so may be after 30,50,100 years when the tables turn, the likes of bush, shrarron and their accomplices can be brought to justice

and you also told us a very important thing

    .
remember Abu-Garb and Guantanamo Bay, all the water boardings, the dogs, the trigger happy soliders of isreal ..just to name a few

Yes, give him a break, he was a prison guard something like 60 years ago, forgiveness is for others then, never for yourself?

I guess you are trying to be serious, but you and your posts are just a big joke to me. What a sad life you must have where defending old nazis is made out to be some righteous cause. I guess it is no wonder some societies are ass backwards.
