I'm a new clickbank publisher and i'm having trouble making my affiliates fill out the actualy form so i can keep them updated on product launch and etc.. I dont have many affiliates to begin with so each one is important to me! My niche is forex product , if anyone has suggestions please let me know!

Are you trying to say tat you cant get users to sign up for your mailing list? People are very choosy nowadays in joining any mailing lists. If your site does not offer any value, they will not simply signup for your newsletter

If your website has cpanel access there is usually awstats or webalizer in there, just click those and go to referers. It will show you where your links are coming from.

At that point back track it by going to their site and hopefully they have some form of contact information on their site. Can always use whois lookup and might get lucky they dont have privacy enabled.
