    hi

I heard on my forums and websites that you need to put on some effort and bring search engine traffic to get good clicks on AdSense.

Now that I have done some hard work, traffic has started to come from Google but I found less clicks now !!

can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong

Work on your ad placement if traffic is improving and revenue isn't rising.

CTR is declining because ad awareness is rising.

More and more people are bloggers or webmasters these days. This is one of the reasons.

Another is less advertisers, and crappier ads.

You should blend the color of your ads.

You know It's not just about the traffic source... that's the least of your concerns. What you really need to be paying attention to is how targeted is your traffic.

If you are gettin traffic for Google Complex and your site is mainly about Tech and is showing ads about Ram memory Upgrades, yeah well, you are gonna have a sucky CTR. And that don't even get me started, you have some serious work to do there.

Google controls how much money your site earns per month. A few months ago, when Google updated their search algorithm, mt site when from receiving 7k visits per day to 3k. Earnings dropped for a few days but after a while they even increased. So i was earning more with some 4k per day than with my previous 7k visitors.

There are too many people competing for the same traffic and clicks, thats the reason.

I feel the placement of ads are OK for you. May be less relevent ads displayed by google. When your traffic starts improving your relevent ads also wil be increasing.

Check your ad placement play a little with your positioning, I think your site is overloaded , and i see only one adsense box in the homepage.

Same thing is with me. I have tried too hard to get traffic from google and getting very targeted traffic from google to my site. But, I think now people know that these are ads and they don't click ads.

I think thats very bad. We are working so hard on content, design, SEO, link building and all these and still damm..... For this google must gift us free premium account which will boost our earnings...... Shit man.... Its enuff.
