Is there any way I can market my YouTube videos effectively beside the promoted videos section (Since anyone besides the US can't use that)
Make good videos. Use good very relevant tags. Type a lot in description. Post it on a myspace or any social site you can. Comment on other peoples videos....
Use a some SEO in your title, description, and tags. Bookmark the videos, put them on a website or blog, tell people about you videos on facebook, myspace, and twitter. Also use tubemogul or trafficgeyser to spread you videos to other video sites. Hope this helps.
If your video is interesting and useful, then post it in forums and blog comments sections so people can look at the videos and propagate.
Make a quality video that people will like. If its good enough, the viewers will market it for you. Bloggers will find the video (because they are looking for quick content) and will post your video on their sites. The same thing goes for forums. Use descriptive titles with targeted keywords, the video description should be written in a way that it makes use of your top keywords and make sure the tags have good keywords in it.
