lets say i start a blog, and have it both in swedish and english i make a text in swedish first, then translate the same text into english in the same post. is that bad or good for my site when it comes to search engines ?
For SEs - its the same, for SEO - there is a difference You cant optimize for both languages in the same page, or at least not as good as for one language
was more thinking about getting blacklisted, penalized or getting into really bad trouble if i use two languages, i should have more chance to get visitors from both sweden, and english speaking countries
No, blacklisted/penalized is not the price you gonna win I'm using in my blog Bulgarian and English language for some post, many of my pages are mixed - for example - post in English, but everything else in Bulgarian and so on - I dont have problems, actualy, Im ranking very well for a few of my english posts
was that i was thinking about... when i make the swedish text first, then just make a translation to english. it would be better for search engines, when it both to swedish and english speaking people
why have two, if i can have one, that way i only need one domain, one blog, and upload the content one time.. its just for making it easy for me... i have so many other blogs to update as often i can
