I've just recently gotten on the article spinning knowledge path and wanted to get feedback on what you all consider to be the best software to

    a) spin one article into many copyscape proof articles
    and
    b) submit to numerous sites, directories, etc at once

This is going to be obviously to build inbound links but I wanted to get the field's opinion first. Thanks

Honestly, as great as it sounds most of the time article spinning results in failure and as a result you spend more time than if you were to simply take the time to write the article itself. I would recommend using iSnare and instant article submitter.

Use a service for it! Human writers and submitters get much better results than all kinds of tools. Not all great services are expensive, but be careful with choosing the cheapest service. Some might actually screw up even more than a tool.

I agree SEOSue. I've seen some "services" and some of the automated tools truly destroy efforts put into some SEO campaigns.

I'm not an expert in this area by any stretch of the imagination, but in trying out some of the tools and services as part of an experiment, I've had some horrible results, ranked terribly on some keywords while ranking well on others that were totally irrelevant to the sites I've been promoting.

Most of my consistent results have been through human writers, submitters etc ...

I use Article Post Robot to my great success. APR submits to over 500 directories automatically and you can create multiple versions of each article.

If it's backlinks you want to build i suggest you use Article Post Robot

Hmm, I find Wordflood to be the best to rewrite articles if I really have to - but it doesn't do submissions.
Plenty of tools out there for that though.

You can try unique article wizard. In fact, the monthly fee is not cheap. And it is quite demanding to submit one article (with different versions) a day. But the effect of it is better than submitting one single article only using isnare and articlemarketer.

Though I am using all of these three services and most of the time I am still using articlemarketer.

I've used Article Post Robot for awhile now with fine results. Tried some others and their definitely prettier but don't do the job of APR.

BTW here is a non-affiliate link - http://www.articlepostrobot.com/ - Not trying to sell you anything :)

Most article spinning softwares will not get you your desired results.
I use submityourarticle.com, this service allows the user to manually
create several different versions of the article before the article is
    submitted.

I am a newbie at this, but I spun an article using www. spinprofit .com (cant post live link)
It took me about an hour to write a 400 word article, and I got 25 copies of it. You write it like this:

My name is [mat|mathew|mathew dwyer|mat dwyer] and it choses one of each and outputs it to .txt.

It takes longer, but it seems like it was worth it. I changed up almost every 2nd word to add different options, so I should have 25 very unique articles.

    Best of all its free.

Maybe try it out. I have no idea for submissions.

You can use the article spinning and submitting software but i think the manual submission will give you desirable result.

You can get good DP members providing article submission services and they will manually submit you article to the directory with checking of Links posted perfectly or not. And you will get more back links in manual submission as such all articles directories have their own guideline and i do not think so that any software can follow each and every directory's guide lines. So better to hire some one who can do it manually for you.

I have had tremendous sucess (over 18 #1 spots on Google, Yahoo! and MSN) from using http://www.OneWayLinking.net

It allows for unlimited spins and can be done on a schedule. Basically I just use it for like 10-15 minutes a month, and it gradually and automatically distributes the articles in a time-released fashion. This helps because you want your link building to appear more natural, and not receive lots of links all at once, BUT you don't want to spend time constantly submitting articles manually.

    I highly recommend it.
