Your right column is not good, its very huge empty space, just add an ads or banner, to make balance. And don't forget, to optimize your traffic source. Website without traffic is nothing. Good luck.
Thanks for sharing but the template is not more attractive.There is a huge empty space in right column and the logo on top is not much fair.The contents are not properly justified and ads are well placed in left side.
Overall I do not think the site is too bad at all. You might want to listen to the others here that said the blank right column needs a little something thou. In regards to your PR - various google data centers are still reporting a zero for the future update. Not sure as to the exact reason why since you have 331 incoming links but it may be because a lot of them are nofollow and others are from unrelated blogs. Keep working at it and pagerank will come. More importantly you want to see keyword phrases on the front page of google. All the best
