You may have lost your ranking due to your quality of content & outgoing links from your blog. Secondly you should host your blog on your own domain so your ranks be alive for more months.

You should simply post your URL here if you want help. I personally am not going to take the time to PM you so that I can assist you.

Your site's PR has almost nothing to do with how it ranks for a particular keyword phrase... however, the fact that it lost PR and lost rankings is probably a symptom of the same thing... There can be lots of reasons your PR might have dropped (which would also have been the same reasons that the rankings have dropped):

    1) Perhaps pages on other sites that link to you have been deindexed. If they are not in the index then the link is no longer being counted as an inbound.
    2) Perhaps pages on other sites that link to you have been devalued because they are a source of spam links.
    3) Perhaps pages on other sites have removed links to your sites.

The list goes on... Without knowing your URL and what your backlink profile used to look like it will be hard to say. But loosing PR means you either 1) are getting credit for less links or 2) the links themselves are still counted but are passing you less PR than they used too. If the drop in PR was because you are getting credit for fewer links then you are also getting credit for fewer link texts which will affect your rankings.

I would suggest that you go to Yahoo and view your backlink profile with the LINK: operator. For each backlink, go look at the link to your site. Log the URL that links to you, it's PR, whether it is a FOLLOW or NOFOLLOW link, the source of the link (whether it's a traditional web site, forum sig link, blog post, blog comment, article submission link, etc.), and the exact link text being used.

After this exercise review the results. You will likely have a very good understanding at that point of what you should be ranking for, why your PR is what it is, and why you are NOT ranking for the other phrases you think you should be ranking for.

One of the biggest reasons for loosing all of your PR and ranking is if google thinks your trying to cheat through improper link builing, building links in the bad places/link farms, or it could have updated and changed what ever gave your site the rank.

I hope no outgoing links. Secondly regularly updating your contents will help you a lot to get back those rankings.. My site had a iframer virus so google had banned it now I removed it and posted new content and it got cached :)

In addition to that, you still need to boost your link building process. Always use your targeted KW as your anchor text.

If you're not selling blogposts then why worry about pr? Is your traffic and rankings the same?

The PR in the toolbar is inaccurate. I had a few sites go to PR3 with no link building. Most likely in the next update they will fall back. Easy come. Easy go.

You have to update you contents very often as well as you have to care about inbound links too, You have to have more inbound links to get back your PR. You can follow many ways to do so, Try them, I am sure you will get PR back, Actually, I have checked your site, It was cached by google recently, is it?

Updating the content isn't going to help too much in terms of PR.

Well if you really only have 7 posts in 7 years and two of them say "testing" then maybe Google figured your blog has little value?
