Do you think that is a good idea to start a new myspace resource site? What I have to do to make my new site a success? I'm pretty new in this business and I want some suggestion on how to handle the creation of the site, and the launch. p.s. Apologize my english!!!
With over 90 million people using myspace - and 99% of them not knowing jack of how to customise their layout etc. - and wanting to - I think there is room for you. However - You'll need to be unique is some form or fashion - so I'd avoid a cookie cutter design - and try to have stuff on there thats not on a hundred other sites. Once your site is done - advertising and getting the word out is key. You can link exchange with other resource sites - send bulletins to other myspace users - etc.,etc., When you have your site done feel free to hit me up for a link exchange - i dont mind.

Marfente, Id say NO. There is 1000000000000s of myspace websites. Start something new instead, Put yourself down at your desk, close your eyes and start brainstorm. I want to start something real different from the other myspace resource site, but I want to use the incredible marketing opportunities from myspace. I have some cool ideas but my lack in programming knowledge is the biggest problem.
Spec out what you want to do - your ideas etc., Then figure out what you can do - and what you need help with. Then outsource the part you need help with.
I don't know...aren't there thousands of these type of sites already, with content basically being free?

Browse the site sale forum here and at namepros and everywhere else. Everyday there are 10 myspace resource sites being listed all making tons of money. It can be done if you don't mind spamming people to make money.
Also you could sell it for a decent amount with a good layout even if it doesnt make that much $$. Someone will come along thinking it has potential and be willing to take it off your hands.
