Many people misuse video. Using video should be about getting to know the face or faces behind a website, not giving long and boring instructions. Putting things in text allows people to scan through the content and pick out the pieces that are important to them. Watching a video is tedious and no one has time to sit though them especially when there is a lot of pre-amble about who you are and stuff. BTW, I am saying this about videos in general, not particularly yours. I only looked at about 10 seconds of your videos. I think you put a lot of effort into them and they look clean but text is better for this type thing. Video is good for marketing purposes (like YouTube) but for people to get and understand your information, text would be better.
