I visited your website. More work is needed on this website. More graphics, some left bars like that. The presentation should be like people would like to loose weight really. Your website needs more work to do on many aspects including the links.

The home page needs alot more work compared to http://healthy-weight-loss-plan.info...ast/index.html I would recommend for your home page to mabye switch over your tables to css which you can learn here>> http://www.w3schools.com/css/ I think the biggest problem with the home page is the navigation, it should either be on top or down the left side and you may want to try using something besides the regular underlined blue text. Perhaps css buttons? or image buttons? Anyway to start I would try using a nav bar. I would also recommend using something besides black words on a grey background and yellow highlighted text.
Your design, specially your background colour is suck. Why you don't go with simple and clean template ?

Yeah...it needs some work. I am by no means a guru, but I have a couple of weight loss websites, that I have yet to finish developing, or marketing...but just to give you some ideas for a landing page, and a blog.. Now I know that mine need more work before I even begin thinking about PPC, but your site is a little depressing. You need to make use of colors and images. People want to see themselves, or people like them, losing weight. Your landing page is very dull, no images, bad use of colors (white background is fine in this niche)..drop the yellow highlight that is very "spammy" looking. I think your text is too much, you need to get to the point quicker ie: "People who want to lose weight quickly think that by starving themselves they can lose the extra pounds. But is it really so?" I would just be direct in my opener : "Contrary to popular belief, You won't lose weight by starving yourself", or " We've all done it before...starving ourselves to lose a few pounds, only to fall off the diet wagon because of lack of nourishment, or end up gaining more weight than before.. Stop the dieting "Yo-Yo"....or something to that effect. You also need to use more of the page. Those little "strip" sites look like a sales page...those don't work for weight loss much anymore, unless you make it clear that you are selling a plan or ebook. If you are going to include articles, and your design skills are as "challenged" as mine, I highly suggest using word press (which is what I used on both my examples). It doesn't require that you have any major design skills, just chose the right template and colors and insert the right content. You should also use colors that either appeal to women, or match the product. You can get tons of matching color schemes here, no need to guess or struggle with matching combinations. Grey background does not work with black text...just stick to white. This is a competitive niche, probably the most competitive on all the web with some very heavy hitters that are dug in..what you have done so far is not enough to even make a dent...you have to be good in this niche, it's not one you get into as a learning experience. Your site needs to be as good or better than the rest to even begin to think that you will be noticed. with so many diet sites,a nd blogs out there, you need to grab their attention immediately, or they will back out and go to the next one in a split second.

why not use wordpress on it? theres like tons of free templates out there and you can manage the site more easily
The background color on landing page is too dark and the site looks as though it was incompleted.Need to work on with links and need some good presentation.Thanks for sharing.
I am not sure how to install wordpress properly on my site. Will I be able to transfer all my existing content which is organized in different categories to wordpress? Will my article link urls change? And what if I want to change my webhost - how do I transfer the whole wordpress site? The above technical complications prevent me from experimenting with wordpress.
