The Answer to Why RPC Is Dropping

    I realized that more and more advertising is being bought through YPN. Some of it is more relevant since they have more ads to put on your site. Since it's relevancy is getting better, your ads are changing, therefore dropping RPC.

    No, if someone is targetting a site to a site that was getting higher rpc, and it has the same ads, the RPC disappears, but who knows :confused:....

    Such as cell phone ads showing up on a insurance site.... (one of MANY examples)

    I don't think that is true, my site is definitely not about skin care or anything, yet I have Proactive ads? Wrong.

    I am getting more Related ads on my website. RPC dropped 55%.

    I think as more and more people are using it the rates will go down. Soon it will be just as much as Adsense when it is no longer beta

    How is that inappropriate?? If you dont even use targetting, its not your fault for those types!

    I would love to have more targeted ads. I have real estate sites which get proactive ads, I have even set up targeting and I will still get it some days. I don't know if there are not a lot of real estate advertisers or what.
