Hello I am facing some strange hassles there with your VPS Pro Turelio. I can't even see my ticket thats why I thought to talk about it here. Yesterday I faces some problems with uploading content and there seems some server issue, I open a ticket for that but when I try to see my ticket in Client area , it shows error that I am unable to see it , Even am unable to create a new ticket through client area. ( Ofcourse there support system is very prompt and helpful - no doubt about it but don't know what is the prob. with them this time.) Update : - My all issues are resolved. This time all thanks to guys at Cpanel. I open a ticket there and a guy "Michael Collins" sorted out all the problems. Its all related to suPHP. So my prob. is solved I am fine.. but plz have a look at your ticket system , there is some issues there. Hopefully that'll be resolved as well from your side at the earliest. Thanks
