You were suppose to deliver articles yesterday, also you had not responded to my PM and mail. I need update on this issue as soon as possible.

 

You failed to deliver the articles on the agreed date May 20. When I contacted you on May 23rd you replied that you will send them that evening. I still have not receiving the articles nor an explanation.
If you don't reply today, I will have to file a paypal dispute.

HQ basically did the same thing to me. I ordered 27 articles for $100.00 - she sent emails at two different times for a total of 12 articles. So that left 15. She basically told me the same thing that she was going to contact me and never did.

So I filed a Paypal dispute. All I wanted was my $55.00 - she had sent me 12 - so I wanted the remaining money for the 15 articles I did not receive. I also gave her negative iTrader and she responds by giving me a negative iTrader which is as follows:

"I did finish the work for this guy, but he said he wanted his money rather than the articles. I wasted my time writing for him, and now I've got to find a buyer for these articles. My time is worth a lot more than what I was charging him, I cut him a deal and I still get the short end of the stick.

He filed a dispute and I gave him his money back, so once again, I've done work for someone and won't get paid! "

So yes she did get paid - for the 12 articles she sent. Why should she be able to keep the money for articles she did not send? She asked if I wanted the remaining articles and I told her no, just refund my money.

She said she was going to refund the entire $100.00 and I told her no just the $55 would be fine, which she did.

SO don't believe the boo hoo poor picked on me story she gives out. She does write good, very, very good, but she does not deliver when she says she will and always seems to have an excuse. Stay away from her. She'll probably open a new account with a new name, so be careful.
