Clickbank Not Tracking All My Tids. Why Do i See a huge amount of no tacking code?

Hi guys, i have this problem with my clickbank tracking id (tids).

I have a couple of products at clickbank that i promote. I can assure you that i never set up an affiliate like somewhere without a tracking code for that link.

But i get so surprised when i try to view my tid statistics at clickbank. Most of the times i see a huge volume of NO TRACKING CODE

I know i track all my links. so where are the no tacking codes coming from?
to add to it, when i try to view stats by vendor instead, i notice that the vendor names are rightly the vendor names for products i promote. So why don't clickbank track my tids?

Ditto for me. I'm sure it's a temporary system-wide problem.

Clickbank will never stop stunting me. Why don't they inform their customers when they have problems with their system?

I got over 150 visits in the past 2 days and clickbank tells I have 3 hops, I am confident that it is a problem on their part - I should get more hops.

Interesting to know that! How can a big company with such standards have problems all the time.

    hey waxman ...

i have similar issues as you when cbank is working normally - i.e. lots of "no tracking code" even though i always always put a tid in ...

have never figured it out to be honest ...

but yeah, you're not the only one

    That's the billion dollar question.
My bet is they hire people that have the sole job of screwing things up every day just to make it fun. No other way they'd have issues every effin day!!

It could be better to insert your cbid in the product, then you don't need to worry about the sales.:)

I have the same problem mate, I don't understand it either... all my links have TID's. My suspicion lies with ClickBank's ridiculous not real time crappy tracking technology. You'd think for a company that's paid out 1Billion they could have a better system in place, jeez.

Clickbank has been having lots of issues lately. I have a product which I'm testing before I release to affiliates & the clickbank marketplace. I use my own affiliate hop link to generate the sales. About 1 out of 5 there is no affiliate attached to the sale even though I'm the only one promoting it and I'm only using my affiliate hop link.

CB will never stop disappointing me.

They are honestly a disgrace for a "reputable multi-million" dollar company.

Their lack of communication and admittance of fault is disgusting.

Hi Cheshire, that is a very big issue you are raising there. If it is true then it means some affiliates a busy wasting their time promoting a product some of the commissions on the sales they generate will not be credited to them!!!!!!!!!

I strongly believe Clickbank will soon go out of market if they don't adjust. It is becoming too much. Each time i write them to ask what is happening, they quickly reply saying sales are low due to the bad economy. I am tired of that respond.

Please Google or ebay can you please help us replace clickbank with something better?.

Commissions are not properly credited all the time, its part of this business. People don't have cookies enabled, or javascript, or some evil toolbar they have installed strips or replaces the affiliate code on the fly, however 1 in 5 is a pretty big number. This is only on 25 sales though, so we will see how the numbers pan out in the long run.

Clickbank updated their system recently, and gave the website a facelift. Every time they "update" or "improve" something like this happens. I can remember some issue when they updated to the blue/white look and added analytics and other tracking features.

I also notice sales slow down right about now every year, I only promote to the US. All the schools are letting out for summer vacation, and people are getting off their computers and going outside to enjoy the sun, this coupled with a new mentality of "save your money, the economy could collapse tomorrow" and high unemployment rate make it tough for people to justify buying something like an e-book for $50.

These times will separate the men from the boys. (or the women from the girls.) ;)
