I think you are untrue here.
Actually there is an option to filter image results from Extra Large Images>Large Images>Medium Images>Small Images.

Your pics will fit in Extra Large Images

For so much images, you need to have text around the images for faster indexing.

There are a few things you can do to get your images indexed.

    1. Make sure each image has a clear and unique "alt text" tags.
    2. Get words on your pages that are similar in theme or topic to your images (page title, page description, etc.).
    3. Include your site in "Google Image Labeler" inside your Google webmaster tools account under "Settings".

I don't think so because all Wallpaper site does not contain Surrounding text

I had completed this steps when i had started this site you can see all Images are posted by proper file name + Title + alt text
but i think something is missing......

It may be nothing to do with the size. It may just be that for some reason Google has not visited the page yet, although it does seem strange after 7 months.

Has the entire webpage not been indexed? Or just the inside wallpaper?
