This website shows up in google in a really weird manner: URL as page titles

This website owner is asking for my help. Her website www.condominiumsph.com ranks #2 for search "condominiums philippines" in google.com.ph.

However, the results are behaving in an irregular manner. First, unlike the other results, there's no descriptive text between the page title and the URL in the Google SERP. Second, when I searched for all the webpages from this site using the search query "site:www.condominiumsph.com/", the results display ONLY THE URL.

This is the first time I encountered this kind of problem. Anyone who previously encountered this kind of situation? Or maybe you know of any possible explanation why is this happening?

    Thanks a lot.

I think you php program is somehow overriding your title so the answer probably lies in the admin configuration section of the program.

Check your robots.txt, you have disallowed almost every Bot. Check webmaster tools and you will see that even google bot is interpreting your robots.txt as disallow.

For one thing your meta description is screwed up. Here is the description from your site.

This is the way it should be

Move name="description" to the front of the tag, yours is at the end, after the information.

I am not going to count all of the words in your meta description, but it should be no more then 15. Some people no more then 12. And from looking at it, yours is way over that. Your meta description is also full of trash words, such as - "the, and, on, a". Take all of those trash words out and only use targeted keywords in the form of a sentence. And keep it no more then 12 - 15 words.

I do not know if that is going to fix the problem with how the pages are being shown in google. But it needs to be fixed anyway.

    Thanks everyone!

Michaelr>> I am not sure about the PHP because the only PHP I know is about WordPress and it seems that site was not built in WordPress

jitendraag and logoboy>> Yeah I checked it already and it's kinda messed up.

~kev~>> Yes the meta and title tags are kinda spammy.

All suggestions noted. Thanks and good day!

I do not think the order is important, however, I agree that content should be short and relevant.
