    well pavan, some important points:

    1. Your site description : you only put your domain name, and there's no site description, this is very essential for seo.
    2. there are 2 search boxes, why dont use just one search box?
    3. there is no page at all?

    I noticed you have Statpress on your sidebar, you might want to hide it until since you're not getting much traffic yet.

    You can decorate more by adding a attractive logo and images.When we hover on the logo it must show that only logo is link but in your case when we hover on outside part of logo for example on header part it shows as though there is a link to it.You want to correct that issue and overall template looks fine.Thanks for your effort made.

    check the buy and sell small deals section in this forum.
    better to hide page rank / alexa ratings until you get gud traffic.

    and put feed burner subscription plug inn.

    totally nice theme and colour.
