hey, i'm kinda a newbie to the whole affiliate marketing thing but i'm definately learning so much in so little time. I realize that it takes trial and error to find something that works out but i was wondering if you guys would be willing to share with me some information. See the thing i cant understand is.. how do you advertise an offer on your site and then the person click the offer and then they end up rereading pretty much the same stuff on the landing page and then buying it. like why are they gonna do it. won't they think its fishy.
Anyways.. i guesse what im asking is to see some of your websites so i can see how your advertising an offer and what exactly is going on. Thanks guys.

Usually if someone thinks its fishy its because they don't understand how things like that work, or they can't tell the difference between a "fake" "phishing" link or a real link that just simply takes you to the desired product. This doesn't happen THAT often though, and the only people who are usually suspicious are parents in their mid 30s to 40s and up that don't understand how the internet works. LOL.

The one that you saw was one the way, now getting more and more people writing review about the product and let the reader to decide whether is worth to invest or not. Thanks

Yes, they are a large part of it if its part of what you are doing personally, not necessarily affiliates. For example, lets pretend I'm not as in on the "internet marketing scams" as I am. Pretend that I am a 42 year old obese female looking for a quick weight loss plan. If I were to go to a sales page that looked nice and natural, I would think "WOW, I want to buy that!" and then I would buy it.

If I went to a blog or webpage that said "HEY check out this weight loss formula, blah blah blah" or something similar.....I would be really suspicious. Does that seem backwards? haha.

You think people in their 30s and 40s are too old to understand how the internet works? Who do you think has been using it (and building it) for the last 20 years?

    Good point there.

Maybe people in their 50s and 60s are suspicious because they don't even know how to use the internet.

Well... no one is going to tell you exactly "how they are doing it" but I can give you some good advice...

To make money online you have to think outside the box! As you said... why would people buy something from your website?... Simple, Originality! You must make a good stunning page that will force visitors to BUY your stuff!

Just make a landing page and send traffic to it. Then you must see the convertion rates... for example you make a sale after 40 visitors! Now you can either upscale and get more traffic to it or you can work on a better landing page to get a better convertion rate... you see it's all about trial and error!
