zuly, paypal wont help you regarding this matter. You will get your refund only when Charles will fund his account again. Then, paypal will transfer over the funds to your account. But i dont think Charles will never use his pp account again, so im afraid expecting a refund is futile now. sorry.
if anyone can dig up any details on Charles what ever his name is,, Address etc,, and PM them to me, i will personally visit him and punch every cent he owes to everyone out of him,

The template is from templatemonster they are having it redone also @philski if you revcieve any information then please forward to me it is a right to the general public to know who we are dealing with I will be updating boldpalscam.info with a new news update within the next few days also @ zuly pleas pm me your paypal account email so I can contact paypal about your refund. Complaints filed via this website are processed and may be referred to federal, state, local or international law enforcement or regulatory agencies for possible investigation. well it's been almost a week now, my refund is still pending, i wanna ask how long can it be pending is there a limit?
UPDATE today i got my refund, i have dodged the bullet, from now on i'm doing extensive research before doing transactions online, i know i should have done it in the first place, but i'm young and foolish..
i doubt that it will be for much longer, they got the server in the middle of the previous month right?
