Somehelp with layout editing

Hello friends.
I have this little blog, which brings some time bring some money and other time dont.
As most of us I ve been experimenting with ads placements and yesterday I found out a way how to place ads in actual post in blogger.
Now I would like to add small rectangle just above those ads,so I wont go against googles TOS, but unfortunatley I dont know how.
Can someboy pls help me with this.

its that litle rectangle where its says Advertisments.

Can you tell me where to add that nice social sites tool bar, so I can instert it in rectangle?

you need to work on your english, its very bad (in blog) which gives bad impression to the reader

You can use social bookmarking widget to show something like that, search google

 

You can do it from addthis.com

 

Try asking bloggertricks.com they'll know about how to change layout for blogger accounts.
