First of all, I am not "disturbing" anything, and definitely not "most hosting providers", I'm just pointing out things that can be crucial to other users seeking for host. And I'm not telling that your hosting is good or bad, just what I think of some of the things from my own experience. Where do you live? Do you know German and European law? I've been building and hosting many sites in European Union for many years, so I think I can add something to threads with "offshore European hosting". Many people from non-EU coutries don't know European regulations and it's important in my (not-so-humble) opinion to give them a piece of advice.

And, as Ultralite said, you didn't answered to any of the things I wrote, just trying to make a smoke cover... Wouldn't it be much simplier to say that everything that isn't legal is permitted on your server by you, but the user gets full responsibility for every content he uploads? Many hosts do that - they allow grey content as long as no third party makes a noise. Then they just shut the account in question - and that's fine, users will know what the risk is...
