Hello and thank you for asking. The pr sites are all kinda equally spread out in pageranks, there are a lot of pagerank 6's, 7's 8's, and 5's and 9's. Although there might not be as many 9's there are still many. Keep in mind, its 600 but only 20 a day, which is still a lot and I can only take one of those orders. Google will 100% not be skeptical or ban your site. A website can easily become popular, or for example a video on it and then everyone links to it. Just an example so google will not ban you. $450 can be a lot for people, and I want to make sure that no one thinks I'm scamming, as I do and will provide the best service and I know that customers will be happy and hopefully write in the forums how they liked it. Because $450 can be a lot you are welcome to buy 20 backlinks first, or even pay the $450 in parts but I just want to keep it simple by paying only once. Service Review. Firstly, Now I have had the report I find the advertising for this service to be somewhat misleading so let’s make it clear what Cooolr is actually offering. This service is not offering high Page rank back links. What it actually offers are back links from websites that have high page rank. I placed an order for the package labeled “20 X PR9 back links today" as a test for the service. I received a report with a list of back links that had been placed. Surprise, surprise there are there no PR9 back links in the report. In fact there are not even 20 websites with PR9. There are four page rank 9 websites, one PR10 site (Google), 1 PR 5 Edu Website and 8 PR8 websites. Some of the links provided are on duplicate sites. The Back links I have received. All of the links provided in the report are grey bar in the Google toolbar. Some of the links are comments, some are profile links, some are no follow, some have no anchor text and some comments have no link to my url at all. Conclusion So, now you know what this service offers and delivers you can make your own mind up whether it is worth using or not depending on your requirements and beliefs. Some people believe that these kinds of link can be beneficial to your ranking, some do not. Personally, I will not be using the service and have asked for a refund. Terry
