Banned - Reopened account under LLC name

    Hi,

Google banned me a while back. It wasn't due to click fraud - it was the infamous "you are a risk to our publishers" letter...

So today, I opened a new account under my business name. I used one of my websites that I used to run adsense on to create the account.

This particular website was not specifically banned by Google. Will I be okay?

The problem with that is I have no idea what the first mistake was!

Google adsense kind of sucks for publishers. There's absolutely no transparency.

Wouldn't it be nice if I could just ask Google:

"Hey, do you plan to screw me in a month because I don't want to waste a bunch of time promoting your progam for nothing?"

    If you are:

    1) not running the ads on the same banned domain name
    2) not using the same IP range to login to the Adsense account
    3) not using an address that is not anywhere near your first banned account address

    you should be fine.

To my experience it will be just alright...just don't make a lot of money on the same site. Google often pay attention to those sites making a lot of bucks $$$

    goodluck!

It is an often repeated excuse when they see your earnings showing a quantum jump and they feel the need to protect their profits.

I do not think you should have trouble with the account in the name of your company...but one is never sure with big G! :(

Do you have ANY proof of this? I don't know of any of my online acquaintances who got banned for no reason. Keep your nose clean and you'll be fine.

I wonder someone like yahoo or msn comes up and screws them...
they are making huge money and screwing publishers with 'smartpricing'
or complete banning..i used to like Google before but now
i have no endearment whatsoever for this corp.
