    Lucky Diamond Rich is the world’s most tattooed person in the world according to the Guinness Book of World Records. He is so heavily tattooed that he even has tattoos in his ears and mouth region. He has held the record as the most tattooed person since 2003 with over 1150 hours on the chair. To accomplish this amazing feat, he has been tattooed in over 250 studios by over 120 tattooist.
