how to increase traffic on website ?

about 100 social bookmarking
800 directories
get 100 qualities relevant links
posting some forums
video posting
added business for local sites

site is top ranking almost keywords but did not get list traffic. what is reason ?

The backlinks you get from the pages that doesn't indexed in Google doesn't counted as backlinks at all. Zero link popularity from that.

 

Do you have a google maps entry? A lot of the local traffic now goes to good maps. On the terms I searched you seem to be around 7 position, traffic massively increases when you get in the top 3.

 

There could be many reason behind the traffic, one of is the keywords you have selected. Check whether they have good search counts or not? Then, your content. Content should be appealing, relevant and interesting to your visitors.

 

If u want increase traffic on website first check your targeted keywords density after target these keywords sure you got more traffic. Make sure keywords density should be high.

 

If you want to increase the website traffic means build more backlinks to your site.You have listed some of your off-page optimization works.But you must try do commenting on blogs and article marketing.These will give more backlinks and drives more traffic.

 

Well, I suggest you focus more on the quality of the links you get instead of getting tons of crap links. There must be something wrong in your link building methods, you better figure it out!

I've had trouble advertising my website too. It seems like get traffic to my website was the hardest thing to do. I read all types of ebooks on the net and it really helped me alot. I guess the one i liked the most was How to Win the War of Internet Marketing.

 

Hey Richee. Those directories are ok, but they are not going to be the key to getting high amounts of traffic on your websites. You need high PR one way backlinks that are on related websites.

You could try Craigslist that could work for you.

 

try some quality content! and link exchange.... make some more sites to use for link exchange.... s'what i'd do

 

better focus on getting quality links back to your website; this will take longer and will be ahrd to obtain, but, it will worth

 

I suggest you to get quality & thematic one way link.

 

Its better getting few worth back links, which are actually indexed in Google, rather than getting thousands of useless back links. Concentrate on the back links quality and also they density of your key words matters.
