Does any one know of some great telemarketing software. I don't mind voice over IP, but mainly we just want to be able to have our number show up on the caller id of who ever were calling. Just some type of software that we can use to track who we've called, who we need to call back, who we need to follow up with, able to export XLS file and etc... Is anyone here know of a good that you are currently using now?
