EDIT: Hmm..looking more into it..Neohosts.info currently doesn't work.

 

I wouldn't call Germany "offshore". Offshore hosting means hosting in a place allowing (or at least not very carefully looking at) grey activities like nulled scripts, adult content, proxies etc. German datacenters are very strict (after all, they're Germans), so even if you call it "offshore" you still can't use it for not-strictly-legal sites. I know what I'm talking about, I live in Poland (for people not knowing their geo - that's a country just east of Germany) and I had a hosting in Germany for the last few years (changed it to another European country, still fully legal sites only).

So, all of You guys planning on using this hosting to make some grey profits - beware, it's a fake "offshore".

Besides, almost 2000 sites on one machine doesn't sound good, it must be pretty crowded server, so I'd assume 500 isn't anything unusual there...

No. I am server owner. I've root access. You can install whmcs yourself easily. But if you can't just open a ticket our support team will do it yourself at no cost.

He has a point mate. As a community he's helping everyone else decide whether your a reliable hoster or not! You may be the runaway type of hoster, who knows?
