Banner size must be: 900 x 180 pixels I put the price so low, because I think there will be no competition for you guy, so if less people join, you likely get the dollars. The duration is 48 hours valid only. Any person who submit the banner after 48 hours is null. ***I guarantee that I will choose 1 winner after the dead line is ended.

It's somewhat good for option 2, but if you can put some more luxury stuff to it like more graphic or image and improve the text font and give some shinning a little bit, I would put your banner into consideration.
