Yes - submit an application that complies with their requirements for acceptance. If your blog is over 6 months old, indexed, has traffic and content then there's something amiss. Correct that and you will get accepted.

if you show us your blog we can think about why adsense refuses it.

I don't see that Google asks registrants must have a blog/ website min 6 months to get accepted. Can you show the sentence of Adsense's TOS?

Regardless the age of the site, you should get accepted by Google.

6 months old with own hosting is only partial of the requirement, your content is important factor to get approved

You may need to contact Google adsense team and ask what the problem is. But then they might not reply quickly as you would expect. It's only six months so give it a little time.
And if you can show us, then we can probably analyze what is missing or what needs to be done from our perspective.

    Thanks

    My advice:

Go and thoroughly check your site matches what Google wants. Look at the TOS and go through it with a fine toothcomb. If your site complies with TOS and quality guidelines it will get accepted, it's as simple as that.
