The Mesothelioma niche is WAY oversaturated. I would pick another niche and not pay attention to those old high paying keyword lists. $300 isn't enough money to do much of anything - and $10 a day from this niche is going to require that you do a lot of work yourself and be prepared to wait 6 months to a year.
I think if I will invest some money and make some work, I will getting tenths UVs per day, I think it is possible, and you? I need only few adsense clicks per day, in this niche is at least around 1 dollar per click
I don't think its a wise strategy to purchase article in the long run. You better write the article by your own to save cost. To earn more,you can try to promote your blog by buying adword ads,stumble upon ads,link at high PR site

If you cannot write content about your site, then you can use this money to buy useful articles. You can also use this money to hire someone who can do article submission to directories for you. However, you can do this article submission work yourself too. I think that, if you want to earn stable $10 per day, then you will have to do regular work on the site too. You will have to continuously add good content in your site plus you will need to get some backlinks too.
So far, 11 articles are not enough. Use the $300 to buy more articles and make your website become more content rich. You can do blog commenting yourself, the work is not so hard. Just a bit time consuming. Anyway, you can make around 10 comments on others blog every day. Be consistent and your will see results.
And do you think that mesothelioma is good niche for me? It is possible to get at least few tenths of unique visits per day? Yeah, I know, 11 articles are not enough, it is just for start, I will buy more... It is not good for me that I must buy articles, cause my english is bad
i would use $50 and engage a SEO company for some manual link submission to directories, then the remaining $250 to buy some advertisements from blogs from your same niche.
