I've been seeing a lot of threads lately regarding this topic: "How to find a good niche" AND... I decided to help you a little... It's pretty easy, you need to find unsaturated niches with good affiliates. You can simply do this by heading over to google hottrends. Hottrends will show you the most popular searches on google You can also spy on other webmasters to see what they are currently promoting Watch the NEWS and check out what's hot right now.. It really helps trust me You can also work in niches that truly never get saturated for ex weight loss (There's always someone searching around for weight loss products. The problem with obesity keeps increasing...) Some ideal niches that can be fun are: Movies (everybody loves movies and new movies are released everytime... Therefore it can never get saturated) Online dating (There are a lot of people that are looking for new online dating networks to find a partner) Technology (Let's face it... New items are invented every day and alot consumers will search around the net to find info about these products) etc etc... When you choose a niche... Buy and Host your website and go for it!!!!! Hope that helps
Any niche with a good pay rate and doesn't have much competition like you have said, is a great choice to make money.
There are a lot of people finding themself difficult to find a good niche to make money. This thread comes in the good time. Thanks for sharing.
My personal opinion - you should only tap into a niche if you have some kind of experience, education, training, or if its affected your life in some way or another. If your a doctor, start a website on medicine. If you are a welder, start a website about welding. If your a lawyer, start a website about law. Regardless if a market is saturated or not, if you offer quality content, people will visit. It does no good to pick a topic that your really not interested in - except to "make money." Sooner or later your going to lose interest and stop updating the site. And then, you are going to have to do research on topics that your really not interested in and you have no first hand knowledge of.
@ Kev What you say it's true. You will definitely have an advantage over your competititors if you are experienced in the niche. BUT You can always learn on a new niche while you're working on it... I never knew nothing about the niches that I work in. I learned in time
use wordtracker for keywords. it will tell you the of keywords requests per month. also, use google trends hope that helps
For me more profitable niches are movies (because I am great fun of movies ) and dating . Very good traffic you can get from SE and good conversion.
Movies and dating are 2 great niches!! dating never gets old and movies neither since new movies are being released every now and then ;P There's a lot of money to be made on those niches
