I have a Facebook page and was asked how much would I accept to hand it over to someone. The page has over 380,000 fans and averages around the 4500 uniques per day in the last few weeks. I would like to get your opinion on how much you would sell this for. Thanks, Col
Depends on the niche. If it was 380,000 fans of a certain band, you could easily send them a mail/update with a link to your music site (like a fansite) and could get some serious affiliate sales. It all depends how you could monetise those 300k fans.
The niche is food related. That's all I will say about it. BTW. It's 380k fans and will increase. Of course, there are several ways to monetize. I am not asking about ways to monetize the page. I am asking how much it would be worth to sell the page. I can easily transfer it over to someone by making them an admin and then removing myself as the admin. The question is: How much would someone pay for this?
If someone has a need for traffic from that particular food niche than I would say up to mid $xxx, if they feel they can make their money back from the traffic within a year or so.
sell it on ebay . that's a nice amount of uniques everyday and a good size distribution list. I think mikey1090's is about right.
I would recommend not to sale it my friend..you have got an amazing money wand with you and you are going to sell it for some $xxx... then please sell it to me... just kiddin still i would say high 3 figures..
It may cost somewhere between $20-$80 in dp market but you can sell it somewhere else between $200-$800 Thanks PHYza

I am also of the opinion that it being your baby, you are in the best position to monetize it....and do it well! I know you are under pressure to generate revenue quickly, but then...it can be your golden egg laying hen! Regards, RightMan
why sell it if its making $160 a week when the options are open for additional revenue streams and traffic.? I say tyr to find a new way to make some money with it
