    Hi,

TVGHosting.com is down for over 24 hours now. Anyone knows their representative over here or other ways of getting in touch with them.

TeraTree - their dp identity - hasn't visited the forum for quite some time now.

    Please help.

    Thanks

This will give you the email address via which it has been registered. Is the site on that host running? It maybe a case of site transfers or the main site connection problem.

Scanning through the NS, MX and A records, they have seem to lost total connectivity. Might be a sign of scam if the sites have stopped working.

I have sent a mail at those email addresses but of no use. Their entire site is down and I am unable to find a way to contact them.

    It is irritating now.

They were quite active over here at DP. I am sure there must be other users also facing the same issue.

They were running for nearly 6 years !, i doubt they were a scam...., i found their Datacenter & some contact details if it helps...

    Server IP: 206.212.242.141
    Datacenter: colostore.com

visit this page for more details: http://whois.domaintools.com/206.212.242.141

You can contact the Datacenter via their website, if you are really worried..., but i doubt they can dislodge any private information, i hope they can tell you if they have server issues or will be back up sometime soon at least....

    Regards,
    JatSim

The datacenter won't give you any information, or anything for that matter. They can not expose any information to you by law.

Nothing is working. The datacenter hasn't replied back and no clue as to what's happening at tvghosting.

The datacenter replied with information that there are no technical issues for any outage. Now what

Just to be sure, ask the datacenter that they still do have an account with them or not? As it maybe due to billing issues that it has been suspended for time being.

Also, if you have some patience, then you may wait for 48 hours or so if they are changing their datacenters, although they should have let you know about it.

like gold said ask the datacentre if they are still based there.
Personally I would put a paypal claim in and get a new server, vps or account setup at a better host soon!.

Money isn't the issue. The back up is ! It has been more than 48 hours.

But have no option but to wait.

Will ask the datacenter if tvghosting is still based there.

Well I hope that if they ever come back online they have a backup for you.
You should always try to keep your own backups, you shouldn't have to but never really worth the risk not doing so.

Their traffic rankings are quite poor, 1.7m at Alexa they have been going down hill since 2003 !

I wouldn't have thought they were a scam, but they certainly were loosing a lot of money ! I don't wanna say it..., but they seem to have Vanished... for the moment ! lol

The thought of having vanished gives a jittery feeling. I hope they come back fast

You said that. Maybe after that lesson you will have third party backup solutions!
    That is very very important
