I've sent messages to adsense and had replies before. I keep the email because when I respond to it I get a faster response. It takes really long - like three weeks to get a reply after you ask a question, and about a week to two to get a reply once you first hear back from them. They're probably really busy. The hardest to get an answer from is the compliance team (linked to the legal team <-- the guys you talk to if you're account gets suspended). It would be awesome to get an account manager's e-mail address, than you can really get things done. Wish I had an account managed assigned.

Ok: send an email to in your language, then wait few days and they will respond you in less than 3 days. The response will be received from the adsense email of your language, like: , then use always that new email and you will receive very faster responses. Why ? Simple, because the most of people send email in english, so the english assistance are very busy Note: I didn't receive any answer for my english sent emails.
